The Best of 2019!
This year, for me, has been filled with many opportunities to learn and grow. Some of the wisdom I’ve gained through experience but much of what I gained this year was through phenomenal mentors. I have been blessed to be surrounded by amazing people who help me to grow every day. That being said, there are still tons of gaps that I try to fill with educational opportunities to continue to expand my horizons.
I wanted to share with all of you some of my top picks for 2019. I’ve put together a list of podcasts, articles, books, documentaries, etc.

Articles:
Documentaries:
Game Changers: This is a controversial documentary published on Netflix. This documentary promotes a plant-based diet and tries to make the case that meat is bad. The documentary is very convincing which is why I put it on the list. On this list, I also included an article that debunks a lot of the holes in the documentary as well as a couple of podcasts. One podcast is actually a debate between the producer of the documentary and Chris Kressler.
Books:
How to Eat, Move, and Be Healthy! (2nd Edition): Your Personalized 4-Step Guide to Looking and Feeling Great from the Inside Out: This book is my go-to guide for clients on how to improve your health from the ground up.
12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos: Jordan Peterson’s book, “12 Rules”, is truly a life-changing read. It’s an amazing resource for people looking to find some meaning in their life and to get things in order.
Meditations: A New Translation: Marcus Aurelius’ “Meditations” is a timeless classic regarding stoicism.
