It's my goal that every one of my clients has a balanced and healthy understanding of nutrition, exercise, spirituality, and personal inner drive. I played baseball in high school and this is where I got my first taste of weight training. Looking back at my time in the high school weight room, I'm thankful I didn't hurt myself. It wasn't until I started personal training that I realized just how incorrectly I was lifting and how much danger I was actually in due to poor technique and form.

Today, I love helping anyone with little to no exercise experience all way to seasoned athletes. One of the first things on the docket is showing them how to move safely in the weight room. Another area of focus for myself are those with pain. My family has a history of back issues and I myself was in a motorcycle accident that put me out of commission for a while. Having the skills to rehabilitate myself is something that has helped me get back on track and I love being able to help others regain their own physical abilities.
